Pepperell High School Band - recent accomplishments

- 2011 Peach State Competition AA Champions and Dr. David L. Walters Grand Championship trophy for the highest band score from the combined A-AA classes out of 16 bands, all superior ratings for all captions, best in class honors and highest score in the division for percussion and drum major, and congratulations to Candice Rittenhouse for also earning the top drum major score of the day

- 2011 Armuchee Invitational AAA Champions, all superior ratings for band, drum major, percussion and guard with all scores in the 90's, top drum major of the day, 2nd in class and 3rd overall percussion, 3rd in class and 5th overall guard, 2nd place overall band to Ringgold with 11 bands in competition

- 2011 Georgia Marble Competition AA Champions, superior ratings for band, percussion and drum major, 2nd place band in Silver Division, 2nd place percussion in Silver Division, and 5th place band out of 18 total in competition

-2011 Fiesta-val Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, 1st place Wind Ensemble with superior ratings in concert and jazz performances

- 2011 GMEA LGPE, all Superior ratings on stage and in sight reading performing a level 5 program

-2010 Peach State Competition AA Champions and the Dr. David L. Walters Grand Championship trophy, Don Everett Outstanding Music Award for the highest music score of the day regardless of class, Outstanding Band award for all superior ratings, best in division drum major and 2nd in division percussion.  Highest band score of the day regardless of class with 17 bands in competition

- 2010 Armuchee Invitational AA Champions, superior ratings in all captions, best in class drum major and percussion, best overall drum major, 3rd overall percussion, and 2nd place band overall  

- 2010 JSU Contest of Champions AA Champions, superior ratings in all captions through the day, best in class drum major and percussion, 2nd overall drum major (1 point difference in prelims), and 10th place band overall in finals

- 2010 Disney Magic Music Days Parade participant, Orlando, FL

- 2010 GMEA LGPE, all Superior ratings on stage and in sight reading performing a level 5/6 program

- 2009 Georgia Invitational AA Champions, Superior ratings for Drum Major, Color Guard, and Percussion, best in class percussion, 3rd in class drum major and colorguard
