Guidelines for Student Workers
2009 Rome
Braves
- Students
are to arrive at the Braves stadium between 5:30 and 6:00, or an hour and a half to an hour before game time.
- Hair is
to be restrained away from the face.
- No opened-toed
shoes. Tennis shoes should be worn.
- Uniform-
white tee shirt, khaki walking shorts or khaki pants.
- Cell phones
are NOT permitted for Braves workers, including volunteers, therefore no texting or calls while working. Phones are to be turned off during working hours, unless preapproved through team leader.
- Students
must work a full shift to receive credit, unless authorized by team leader.
- Shifts
will end at approximately 10:30 for a 7:00 game.
- Students
may not work more than one weeknight during school past 10:00.
- All workers
must sign in upon arrival and out after dismissal by team leader.
- Students
must stay in assigned area. No exceptions.
- Students
are not allowed to consume products while on duty. Breaks will be given by the
team leader. No outside food or drinks are allowed.
- All Rome
Braves regulations will be followed.
- As a reminder,
we represent Pepperell High School
and the marching band.
- The use
of foul language will not be tolerated.
- Students
will report to team leader if any questions arise about duties or assignments.
- Team leaders
will have the authority to ask any worker to leave the stadium for failure to follow policies.
Removed students will not receive credit for that game.
- All
facial piercings are prohibited. Earrings should be studs.
- Students
will park in employee parking behind Home Run Hill or where stadium staff directs them to.
Do not park in the guest parking lot.
- Remember
that these guidelines are in place to ensure everyone complies with Braves policy- thanks for volunteering to help the Pepperell
High School Band!!
